Source hierarchy

For health content we prioritize professional organizations, government or academic resources, systematic reviews and peer-reviewed research. Merchant pages are used to document what a product currently lists or claims—not as independent proof of efficacy.

Product vs ingredient evidence

We do not treat evidence about an ingredient, a different dose, or a different delivery form as proof that a finished supplement has the same clinical effect.
